A rare and unusual gentlemen's wrist watch branded by Edinburgh, Scotland oldest Watchmaker Hamilton and Inches, dating to 1997.
This is a slim dress style watch, the solid 9K gold case measures 33.5mm in width excluding the crown.
Case condition is very fine.
The original face and hands are flawless and the crystal has been polished to a shine.
The case back is also solid 9K gold, with a personal service inscription, please see photographs. This was a long service presentation watch.
Inside the case back is the UK hallmark.
The watch boasts a high end ETA Cal. 955114 quartz movement, the watch of course is running perfectly and had a new battery.
The watch is presented on a new 18mm leather strap.
This is a very high end watch handled by Edinburgh's premier watch dealer, dealers of Rolex and Patek etc, they have had these watches commissioned to have their own name put on them, so although we cannot tell the actual watchmaker in this case, we are quite sure that it is from one of the SWISS luxury brand houses.
TPG Vintage Watches has conducted a full restoration of this watch, the movement has been serviced and calibrated to achieve the best possible time keeping for a vintage watch.
Please note that vintage watches should no longer be considered waterproof despite claims which might be made on the dial or case back.
